Technology Reports of Kansai University (ISSN: 04532198) is a monthly peer-reviewed and open-access international Journal. It was first built in 1959 and officially in 1975 till now by kansai university, japan. The journal covers all sort of engineering topic, mathematics and physics. Technology Reports of Kansai University (TRKU) was closed access journal until 2017. After that TRKU became open access journal. TRKU is a scopus indexed journal and directly run by faculty of engineering, kansai university.

This paper examines mural paintings displayed on building walls in urban society. This research assess why some murals have not succeeded in attracting tourists to visit, have not been responded to much, and incited social media engagement. Murals are considered by some as a form of visual pollution that pollutes walls rather than embellishes them. Murals have become a trend, and they cover the walls that many tourists see. The presence of murals as a form of euphoria involves a group of people and is intended as both a tourist attraction and a type of free expression as parts of contemporary city culture. This paper uses the research method of phenomenology by Edmund Husserl. This findings reveal that murals fail when they did not fulfill aesthetic rules and did not stimulate the public to interact with the paintings’ visual elements. This research found that visual elements creating humorous, unique, and attractive narratives can be more desirable and have greater potential to be uploaded to social media, which in turn will contribute to constructing city image
Over the last several years, the development of the city gas sector in Indonesia has been in line with the government strategic long term plan in providing a cleaner-alternative energy for consumers. The statistics have revealed key elements related to the growth of the city gas sector such sales, cost, distribution capacity, consumers and natural gas price. By using multivariate regression method to develop a model, the decision to continuously grow the city gas sector can technically be made by identifying what the strong predictors are. The value of the originality of this research is to reveal the hierarchy of important predictors; from the top priority to least important one. In the end of this study, as the strongest predictor is the gas price followed by the distribution capacity of the distribution line and the cost required to deliver the gas to the city consumers respectively
This paper surveys the implementation and deployment of fiber-to-the-x (FTTX) services and technologies in Indonesia. Motivation of this study is to provide the mapping report of Indonesian current status and to determine about the playing key role behind the growing of national information communication and technology (ICT). More of it is to leverage ICT infrastructures to be a robust ICT connectivity across the Indonesia archipelago which later on can be used for many diverse applications such as disaster resilience and sustainable development. In this survey we use the systematic literature review (SLR) method by gathering data from Internet (journal articles, paper conferences, and websites) as our (secondary) resources. From our survey we recognize that there are three main problems which can slow down the FTTX growth and implementation in Indonesia, namely geographical barrier, deployment cost, and goverment regulation. We also compared the Indonesia’s FTTX growth with several Asian countries such as China, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, and Philippines. From our findings, one of the best practices or lessons that we learn is that national governments must build the access to broadband or high-speed internet by owning the responsibilities for the infrastructures. By creating their own National Broadband Networks (NBNs) Plan, governments are hoping to bridge the digital divide, create employment and enhance the industrial productivity, and at the end to improve the overall economic development. In our point of view, cost estimation and techno-economic analysis is strongly related to the strategic network design
The requirements of a predictive medical diagnosis become more and more important. This involves early detection of antigens. The classical immunoassays are selective and sensitive but require several successive steps thanks to enzymatic markers, what does not meet the growing demand for medical diagnostics. The development of nanotechnology has opened up new fields of applications such as that of materials science and technologies with the emergence of Nano sensors in the field of biosensors. Because of their size comparable to that of biomolecules (enzymes, antigens / antibodies), the Nano-sensors, thanks to their quasi-molecular behavior due to their size, make it possible to increase the detection threshold. The interconnection of nanosensors with the internet for health monitoring has given rise to the Internet-of- nano- Thinks (IoNT). This paper, present a view of nanotechnology and the internet of nanomaterials for more predictive health monitoring
This paper proposes fabrication and measurement of microstrip antenna with circular polarization for microwave radio communication at range frequency of 10750 – 10950 MHz. Circular polarization with axial ratio ≤ 3 dB obtained by using truncated corner technique while gain of proposed antenna improved using plannar array with 8 element. The proposed antenna is designed and fabricated using Arlon LX 217 with dielectric constant of 2.2, thickness of 0.787 mm and loss tangent 0.0009. From the measurement process, proposed antenna obtained return loss of -12.92 dB and VSWR of 1.58 at working frequeny of 10850 MHz. Bandwidth of proposed antenna is 1500 MHz with range frequency of 9850 MHz – 11150 MHz. Circular polarization of proposed antenna has been showed with axial ratio of 1.468 dB with gain of 11.56 dB. Based on the results obtained from the fabrication process, the proposed antenna has worked in accordance with the specified working frequency and is suitable for microwave radio communication
