Technology Reports of Kansai University (ISSN: 04532198) is a monthly peer-reviewed and open-access international Journal. It was first built in 1959 and officially in 1975 till now by kansai university, japan. The journal covers all sort of engineering topic, mathematics and physics. Technology Reports of Kansai University (TRKU) was closed access journal until 2017. After that TRKU became open access journal. TRKU is a scopus indexed journal and directly run by faculty of engineering, kansai university.

Ransomware is one of the cyber-attack which causes significant financial losses, especially for business companies. The growth of ransomware attacks may increase risk in the information technology industry such as cybersecurity. Recently, crypto-ransomware becomes a major threat to organization and user as its capability to encrypt the file activity bypassing antiviruses and anti-malware. In conjunction with that, numerous researcher has discovered various types of ransomware and tend to focus on the method of preventing and distinguishing the attack. However, there is still a lack of detailed analysis in terms of revealing the potential file infected due to ransomware behavior and only a few attention has been given in the risk level of a ransomware attack. Thus, this paper will calculate the risk assessment model for the benign and malicious registry of the executable files. The Risk Trust Index (RTI) will be used to categorize the benign and potentially dangerous file into few risk levels which is non-existing, negligible, moderate, significant, and maximum
Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a heterogeneous, autoimmune disease, with internal organ injury, which can lead to severe morbidity and mortality. The study included 25 SLE, where their age ranged from 20 to 52 years and the duration of disease ranged from 1 to 30 years. The point of the present investigation was to assess relation cardiovesicular disease and systemic lupus erythromatosus using different biomarker (cholesterol, triglycerides, IL-8, LDH, CK and cTnI), and decide the recurrence of some atherosclerosis biomarkers in SLE patients with and without CVD contrasted to controls group. The results showed that the levels of cholesterol, triglycerides in the SLE patient group were significantly elevated (158.30±4.989 mg/dl and 114.65±14.221mg/dl) compared to healthy control (129.43±5.025mg/dl and 68.91±2.343mg/dl). As well as higher level of IL-8 a significant raised (60.366±9.667) in patient with sle than control group (8.245±0.539) and the IL-8 level was correlated to disease activity. However, no significant difference of IL-8 level with gender, residence, age and duration of disease. Moreover, there was a significant elevated in LDH, CK and cTnI levels (8.839±0.465, 6.661±0.628 and 0.206±0.011) in SLE patients than control group (7.778±0.280, 5.248±0.352 and 0.180±0.008). Conclusions: Abnormal myocardial biomarkers and lipid profiles may be lead to premature atherosclerosis, hence cardiovascular associated with SLE patients and assessment lupus erythematosus as a hazard factor for cardiovascular disease
