Garbage accumulation is a routine problem faced by government of the Bangkalan district. This happens because the area is developing, the population is increasing, and the economic activities of the community are increasing. The impact is the amount of domestic garbage generated is also increasing. The Natural Environment Office of Bangkalan is part of the regional government tasked with cleaning and managing waste. The problem that occurs is that household waste production is increasing, however the office has limited personnel and resources needed to clean up waste. This happened mainly because of financial budget constraints. For this reason, it is necessary to map the location of waste and to rank the prioritized regions so that the office will find out which region of the waste should be prioritized in waste cleaning activities. The purpose of this study is to rank the prioritized regions based on the dirtiness. The Ranking the is done based on several criteria. SMARTER and TOPSIS are used in this research to recommend the ranking of which regions should be prioritized first. The ranking recommendation is also visualized with the map using QGIS. The result of the conducted experiments shows that the important criteria are the number of waste posts made by the community, and the number of the residents in the area
