QR-Code technology is the most popular mobile payment method in recent years, especially in Indonesia. Start-up technology such as Dana, OVO, Link-Aja, and other unicorn using QR-Code to support mobile payment services. This research used the e-service quality model to evaluate the Application of QR codes For Mobile Payment Transactions and Financial Management. We had distributed a questionnaire from October to December in 2019, total we distributed 207 questionnaires with random sample and got 144 valid data. We process data using statistic methods are SEM-PLS used SmartPLS application. The result of our research shows that efficiency and reliability, Fulfillment, Security/Trust, Responsive/ Contact, Site Aesthetics, and ease of use indicator influence Perceived Usefulness and Perceived Ease of Use and QR-code Uses controls by Perceived Usefulness and Ease of Use factors.
