Title : Superlearning Learning Technique and Learning Outcome of the Einführung Zur Übersetzungswissenschaft

Abstract :

This research is a quasi-experimental type of research, which aims to prove whether there is an influence on the application of Super-learning teaching techniques to the learning outcomes of the Einfȕhrung zur Ȕbersetzungswissenschaft students of the German Language Study Program Faculty of Teacher Training and Education in Pattimura University. There are 2 (two) variables in this study, namely learning techniques Super Learning (as an independent variable) and learning outcomes of the Einfȕhrung zur Ȕbersetzungs-wissenschaft course (as the dependent variable). The sample of the study was Semester 4 students who took the Einfȕhrung zur Ȕbersetzungswissenschaft course, totaling 30 respondents. The research instrument was a pre-test and post-test instrument. The data of this study were processed and analyzed with the Wilcoxon comparative test, with the following results: The calculated Z value = 4,378, while the value of Ztable with α = 0,05 is 0,9997, which means the calculated Z value > Z tabel value, thus H0 is rejected. This also means that there are significant differences between pre-test and post-test learning outcomes of the Einfȕhrung zur Ȕbersetzungswissenschaft course, with the application of Super-learning learning techniques

Title : Evaluation and Measurement of Automobile Service and Maintenance Company Performance Using Cobit Framework and Balanced Scorecard

Abstract :

This research was conducted in one of company engaged in the field of automobile service and maintenance that has been starting since 1975. This company has a financial application called GBS. This application has a problem that is the difference between the automatic calculation by using the application and calculation by using the manual way. In this study, the authors use the framework of COBIT and BSC model, while the COBIT domain in use is AI 1, AI 2, DS 1, DS 10, DS 11, DS 13 and ME 1, ME 2, ME 3. For the BSC model the author uses the internal perspective of the company. The highest level is in the domain DS 11, and the lowest level is in the domain ME 3. Based on the research results, the authors advise companies to make improvements to the application, so the problems that occur within in company can be resolved
